Zoea Refunds and Exchanges

Our return policy is valid for 15 days. We understand the difficulty of choosing personal items online. Therefore, all orders are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days with proof of purchase for a full refund.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange.

Please note that most unused Zoea items can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

 

However, if the return is due to an error by Zoea or the merchant, we will cover the return shipping cost.

 

If the item is in stock, we will issue a refund or send a replacement after receiving the returned product.

 

Note: After an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

If it has been more than 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return labels are only provided for defective products within the policy timeframe.

Return shipping costs depend on the weight of the item, your location, and the shipping method you choose. Cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted for returned items.

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Do not return the item to the address on the package.

 

Refund Instructions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

 

Check your bank account again.

 

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Then contact your bank—there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchange Instructions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at xds88777@gmail.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver directly.

 

Return Without Label

If you return a product without a prepaid label, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

 

You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please retain the tracking number for your records. Zoea is not responsible for lost return shipments sent without tracking.
